Sleep Behaviour Assessment

Using a sleep behaviour assessment we are examining your sleep behaviour during 24 hours. What do you do during day time and how do you for example spend your evening? This determines to a large extent how well you fall asleep and stay asleep. With this assessment and questionnaire we are analysing very specifically where your sleeping problems are originating.

At about 90 percent of the insomnia cases there is non-beneficial behaviour to detect.


Through good sleep tests, measurements and possible specialistic examination your sleeping problems are being specified.
